Demographics • Which age category are you in? • Are you a military if so officer or enlisted • Are you a civilian? • What level of education do you have? • Number of years in post secondary (above high school) education? • Have you attended US military training in the US over the past 2 years? • How many distance learning courses have you completed? (0, 1-3, more than 3)

Follow on questions • Which of he following mediums have you used and how often? • Ebooks • Video • Audio • Text • Mobile apps • Do you use mobile technology? ie mobile phone, smart phone, and or tablet/iPad. • If yes have you used it for learning/training? • Do you use a laptop or desktop computer? • If yes have you used it for learning/training?
