Meeting Objectives • To share ERP Parallel test strategy and detail activities to inline with existing system. • To share Cut-off Strategy and Open Balance Preparation. • To get feedback and input to make in line with existing activities. • Support required for ERP Parallel test in 1st July 2014. • Update all the associated Management Procedure and ISO documents. • Clean all the testing data in the ERP database

Purpose of the phase “ERP Final Preparation” • Complete the final preparation for Parallel test , including: • Customization confirmation • Basic Data preparation • Testing • User Acceptance Test • End User Training • Cut over activities • This Preparation step also serves to resolve all crucial open issues. • On successful completion of this phase, the company is ready to run its business in the TIPTOP production system (Ganda ERP System)

ERP System Parallel test Strategy • The scope and practice of parallel test • All Legacy System cut-off time should be setting in advance • Parallel testconcurrently at all sites (TKP, HPGP, HN, DN, HCMC) • Data transfer into ERP (both Manual entry or uploading) should be practiced and repeated to ensure smooth date transfer later. • To provide records needed to enable operation activities first while reconciliation could be done later to adjust period records. 4

Supporting Requirements • Reprioritize ordinary jobs of Department and reserved suitable manpower for ERP Parallel test on 01st-July-2014 • Assign Department personal in charge for those ERP Parallel test data preparation and validation tasks. • Participate to the ERP end user training schedule and ensure members have enough time to practice for new ERP system process. • Stressed the importance of ERP Parallel test goal and continual to motivate our members to support ERP Project 8
