  2. Introduction • Anne Frank was a important person in history. Anne Frank had a difficult childhood. Anne Frank left a important legacy behind for us.

  3. Childhood • Anne Frank had a difficult life. She was born in 1929 June 12 in Germany. When Anne’s parents heard what Hitler was going to do to Jews, they went to the secret annex. Then some German police came and brought the family to the camps. Anne and her sister Margot got separated from their parents. Anne and Margot died on March 1945 of an illness.

  4. In the world • When Anne was alive terrible things were happening in the world. World War 2 was happening. Hitler was the leader of Germany and making Jews suffer in the camps. The USA and China sided with Great Britain and France. Japan and Italy sided with Germany.

  5. Why is she famous • Anne Frank was famous for her diary. Anne died in March 1945. On April 1945 the war ended and Anne’s father found her diary. He published her diary and everyone in the world was inspired by what Anne said in her diary. Her diary was made into a book, then a play, then a film.

  6. Conclusion • Anne Frank was a hero. Her diary was famous all over the world.
