  2. Overall performance – Sales Revenue MCE team registered sales 103.2 MB with -1.7% in Dec 11 and 1,067 MB 11 with1.5% growth in Year 11 Sales by Brand Total Sales MCE 105 m 103.2 m

  3. Overall performance – Quantity …And achieved volume 377,525 units in Dec 11 and 4.08 million units in Year 11 with 3.3% and 11.6% growth respectively Sales by Brand (units) Total Sales (units) MCE 365,389 units 377,525 units

  4. Overall performance - Channel In Y 2011, MCE contributed 73:27 in BKK and UPC with -4.9% and 23.3% growth . In BKK, though Retail is a major channel contributed 35% share but it showed a negative -15.1% growth. Modern Trade continued to become a strong channel with 11.5% growth. Whilst UPC , only Central area showed a negative -20.9% growth

Performance by brand – April 2010 VS 2011 Sales performance by Brand – Y2010 VS Y2011 Sales contribution by CS Code : Q1 2010 VS 2011 In Y 2011, Though KINGS remained a brand leadership in MCE portfolio, but it showed a negative -17.8% growth. Whilst CANON and SANDISK continued to show strong performance with a double digit growth

  9. Top 20 Customer In Y 11,Top 20 customers exhibited sales 496 MB or contributed 46.5% of MCE portfolio but with a negative -3.5% growth

  13. Overall performance - Channel In overall, Paper contributed 63:37 in BKK and UPC. In BKK, CONSBL still remained a major channel contributed 45% share and showed 3.7% growth. Whilst UPC, showed a positive growth in overall channel
