  2. Long Term Goal Applying 21st Century Approaches To evaluate and measure time. • To judge if the students can differentiate between hours and minutes.

  3. Short Term Goal • Change my direction skills to increase understanding level of all types of students (average & weak especially) • Give simple questions & structures to develop the critical thinking in students. • Apply encouraging skills by giving the chance to students by giving them modl clock and tell them to show the mentioned time.

  4. Instructional Strategies/Tasks:- • I n the specified time students will be asked to answer simple questions. • They will make a model clock with the help of paper plate, chart paper amd thumb pin. • I will show power point presentation to create interest. • I will give exercise question in the form of short quiz to students in pairs which have been randomly grouped

  5. Solutions to Anticipated Challenges: • Challenges: • There may be electricity problem. • There may be some students who don’t want to work together. • There may be discipline problem during pair discussion • My school computer is not working properly

  6. Solutions to Anticipated Challenges • Solutions: • I will bring hands out of the lecture. • I will randomly group the students to encourage collaboration with all class students; • I will give incentive in the form of certificates to those pairs who will complete their work in time with well behaviour. • I will bring my net book.

  7. Time Line of Action Plan(40 min) • 10 min : I will focus on directing skills • 20 min: I will emphasis questioning skills • 30 min : I will focus encouragement rather than praising • 40 min : I will apply 21st Century approaches in my class

  8. Resources My colleagues & senior teachers who teach the same course. Internet Course book (chapter Time ) and reference from library. Model clock.
