  5. It is the part that describes the entity. • I watched an amazing film yesterday. • Don’t you think that purse is a bit steep? • I’m afraid Tim is in serious trouble. The Adjective

  6. It is the word that details the verb (or another adverb). • Well done! • Her daughter has recently lost much weight. • That old lady walks quite slowly. The Adverb

  7. This word replaces the noun in order to avoid being repetitive. • Michelle comes from Switzerland. She was born in Geneva. • When Gary was a kid, he wanted to be a doctor. The Pronoun
