  4. Beta Results • Gallipolis @SCOCA • Ex Harris/ACE district • Doesn’t start schedule until mid summer • Used it for both HS and MS • HS Results 99.5 percent scheduled 

  7. The Challenge • There is a cost: • $400 per year per school (or) • $2000 one time license • optional $100/year maintenance fee • Districts can try it for free • Approach building the schedule differently

  9. Step 1 • Load data from StudentInformation/DASL • Students • Course Requests • Teachers • Rooms • Bell schedule • Last years course/sections

  10. Step 2 • Create the necessary sections • Add necessary sections • Too many students • No sections for requests • Resolve inconsistences • Teachers over scheduled • Room over booked • Students over scheduled

  11. Step 3 • Generate a Schedule • Repeat until you are happy

  12. Step 4 • Load schedule into StudentInformation/DASL

  13. Support • School ->ITC -> SSST -> Software Answers -> aSc
