The Delivering Partnerwill: • Direct and coordinate the curriculum • Provide all instruction including employment of approved teaching personnel • Make all academic and curricular decisions pertaining to professional accreditation, faculty assignments, grading standard, and other similar matters • Grant the certificate/degree to successful graduates of the program • Monitor quality assurance 50% • The Host Partnermay: • Assist with Marketing the community college curricula • Process student enrollments for the curriculum through the delivering partner • Provide other student support services • Maintain classrooms, labs and all equipment and upgrade as necessary for successful delivery including IVDL, transmission, and other services • Recommend instructors 25% • The Brokering Partnermay: • Facilitate partnership development and endeavor • Provide access to marketing toolkit • Provide consultation on partnership agreements, revenue sharing, resource sharing and capacity building • Present financial services/agreements • Monitor quality assurance 25% Lorain County Community College ▪ 151 Innovation Dr., Suite 210 ▪ Elyria, OH 44035

Partnership Revenue Sharing Agreement • Provides Flexibility based on the participation of each partner • The Delivery Partner provides remuneration to the Host Partner for each student enrolled in courses provided by the Delivery Partner Lorain County Community College ▪ 151 Innovation Dr., Suite 210 ▪ Elyria, OH 44035
