  1. Guide to Find Inner Peace Everybody in his or her life has been through some ups and downs. For some they might be just a few speed breakers but for most of people it is a life changing experience. Either a person makes or breaks. Despite of all the ups and downs we face in our everyday lives. The everyday struggles we face is what makes us emotionally, mentally and physically unstable. Everybody wants to do something big with their lives, something meaningful, something that they see their name on the top of the world. But with so much running in our minds everyday how is it possible to focus only on one thing? We work so much how much time do we have for ourselves? How much real productive thoughts enter our minds? Will I ever know what peace actually means? No, peace doesn’t mean the silence around you. Peace is a simple term with a complex meaning and even more complex to find. Peace is seeing everything that happens to you in a positive light. Enjoying even the pain. Not just thinking of the destination, but living the journey. It is a long journey which will lead you to nowhere but finding yourself and finding your inner peace. Here is a 5-step guide to find Inner peace: - Elimination- this is one of the most crucial steps to follow to find inner peace. Elimination of negative thoughts, negative people, negative ambience, negative environment and everything that is negative. Now what is left? Everything that is remaining now is what inner peace is all about. Self-love- how many of us truly love ourselves? I would say not more than 20% of overall population. We our whole life live to fulfil the demands of others and live as per the rules and regulations and while doing this we forget who we are and what we are capable of. Read- make it a habit of reading. Read books, newspapers, articles or even the social media posts you see. Now you will ask why do I read? This way you will know how many people in the world are sad and depressed and living with issues, happily.

  2. Note- keep a small diary with you all the time. Take note of every beautiful thing you see and even the worst things you face in your everyday lives. This will help you keep a check on your emotions. Hobby- we all have some hobby or the other. Practice your hobby everyday this will not only make you better in that particular field but also make you feel happy and energetic. Take a note of all the points and follow them religiously and you will soon notice changes in your thinking patterns. You will start thinking positive, see the positive in everything. Inner peace is all about thinking positive and smiling in every situation. Remember situations will come and leave but you, you will always be there for yourself and your inner peace will help you lead a happy and successful life and help you choose any path wisely that will lead to your further success.
