Vivere in una "CasaZero": "parva sedaptamihi"Il progetto di ristrutturazione di una piccola unità residenziale nell'entroterra cervese parte dai vincoli su di essa imposti facendone, come spesso accade in questi casi, un punto di forza dello stesso. Il volume principale, così, si allunga sull'asse nord-sud aprendosi - sul secondo livello - su via Castiglione e spalancandosi - tutto fronte - sul retrostante giardino privato. Questo richiamo allo sviluppo tipico del lotto gotico ritorna nell'utilizzo dei pati: questi evitano il diretto affaccio su strada della zona giorno al piano terra ed illuminano zenitalmente gli ambienti.A suggello dell'intervento la consulenza "CasaZero" finalizzata a portare la residenza ad esser un "casa passiva"
