He prioritizes trying his best to keep people alive and safe. • David operates at two levels – strategically-tactically and operationally. In the first level, he gets involved in helping clients, customers, and end-users understand the potential impact of their decisions on the provision of space, services, cost, and business risk. • In the latter, he ensures corporate and cost effective environment for the occupants to function by working operationally.
