Our Classroom Rules for Safety and Success! • Be respectful to teacher and to one another • Do not talk when the teacher is talking or when others are talking or presenting/performing. • Absolutely NO BULLYING or unkind remarks; this includes “jokes” • Respect the classroom and everything in it – DO NOT LEAN BACK IN CHAIRS • Have a positive attitude! Leave your “baggage” at the door • Students will be on time, in their seat, and ready to go when the bell rings. • Come to class regularly and do not be tardy. • Be prepared – journal kept in room, bring a pencil and any other materials necessary (example: script) • Use the restroom between classes or during lunch. Please do not ask unless it is an emergency. • No food or drink, which includes gum and candy. Water with a lid is encouraged • All electronic devices should remain out of sight and silent unless they are being used under teacher supervision. No one should see it or hear it! • Stay on task! • Students will also obey all district and school rules.
