  4. Who prepared the documentation? Ann Arbor attorney, Carl Storm, along with the Committee on Laws and Rules prepared the Articles of Association

  5. Members of the Committee on Laws and Rules Appointed to this committee, at the initial meeting on June 12, 1903 were: Elizabeth Cambpell, chairman Leila Farlin Frances Caspari

  6. When was the document signed? December 1, 1904

  7. Who was present for the signing? Nine members of Alpha Chapter: Five Founders, still present at the University School of Music Two patronesses - Chapter President and Treasurer

  8. Why the difference in date? Document signed: December 1, 2004 Articles of Association recorded with the Secretary of the State of Michigan: December 15, 1904
