  2. Event Overview • 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, • Booth location: Exhibit Hall, Level 8.

  3. Event Overview • Enrolment Advisors, Admissions, and Financial Aid representatives in the middle of booth • Data collection: Laptops and contact cards

  4. Event Overview • Data collection: Encourage students to enter their information via laptops or contact cards • Contest Information • Enter to win 1 of 2 Samsung Galaxy 10” 16 Gb Tab 3 • Winners will be notified by email end of October

  5. Event Overview • Hourly presentation from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. • Room 715A

Logistics • Transportation: Bus • Bus Captains: Heather Crowley (Friday) Christine Freeman-Roth (Saturday) Deb Earle (Sunday) Pick-Up: 7:00 a.m. Blackburn Hall 7:15 a.m. Traill College, Dublin St 8:00 a.m. Oshawa Campus Arrive: 9:00 a.m. MTCC Depart:5:00 p.m. MTCC Arrive: 6:00 p.m. Oshawa 6:45 p.m. Traill College, Dublin St 7:00 p.m. Blackburn Hall • Transportation: Car • MTCC Parking, $18 per day • Other places: reimbursement up to $25

  8. Logistics • Security bracelet – please wear at all times • Fire emergency – gather outside of the South Entrance on Bremner Blvd • Food and coffee coupons (Hall G), snacks, water cooler • Bring water bottle

Logistics • What to wear? • Black skirt/ pants • Golf shirt (provided on the day) • Comfortable shoes • What to do when you arrive? • Head to Trent’s booth at the Exhibit Hall, Level 8. • Check-in at the back of the booth. • Collect golf shirt and name tag. Change shirts. • Attend the morning meeting at 9:15 a.m. • Check bulletin board for updates. • Head to the booth floor and enjoy your day.

  10. Logistics • What to do when you are done? • Meet at 4:45 p.m. behind the booth if you are catching the bus back to Oshawa or Peterborough. • Return the golf t-shirt and place it in the bin. • Return the plastic nametag holder. • If you are at the event for multiple days, leave both the lanyard and nametag at the booth. • Have a safe trip home.
