  6. Currently we are required under RO zoning to build at least three attached units at a time...

  7. The sole purpose of our rezoning request is to eliminate the storage rooms attaching these units so they can truly be free standing...

  8. By allowing these units to be freestanding we will greatly increase our ability to create a more community like environment.
