MANAGEMENT BREAKDOWN TJ- Bar Manager Jalisa- Front of House Manager Maverick- Back of House Manager Daniel- Head of Advertising Laura- General Manger Angelica- Accountant
Bar Manager- Is responsible for the hiring and training of all bartenders and their schedule. They must place all alcohol orders, and keep the bar stocked with beverages, and supplies needed for operation. They are responsible for the cleanliness and overall up keep of the bar area. F.O.H.- Is responsible for the hiring of all servers, and their schedule. The F.O.H. must keep up the front of the restaurant, and maintain an up beat atmosphere for the guests. The F.O.H. must circulate the floor of the restaurant at all times, they are the line of communication between the guests and the rest of the staff.
B.O.H.- Is responsible for the hiring of the cooks, and dish washers, and their schedule. The B.O.H. must place all food orders, decide the menu specials each day, and is responsible for making sure that the quality and preparation of the food meets the expectations of the guests. General Manager- Is responsible for over seeing the entire restaurant. The G.M. will hold a weekly meeting with the other mangers, to go over the expectations for the upcoming week, and review areas that can improve. The G.M. is the line of communication between our investors and the restaurant.
Head Advertising- Is responsible for putting Sports Addict on the map. They will oversee all forms of ads, from radio, and newspaper, to t.v. and billboards. Accountant- Will log our sales, and keep us up to date of how we compare to our competition. They will also be in charge of our pay roll, and will work with the G.M. to see that employees are paid.
Employee Breakdown Servers- 35- 2.15 per/hr + tips Kitchen Staff- 20- 7.50per/hr Hostesses- 15- 4.00 per/hr + tip share (.025% of all servers tips) Bartenders- 10- 2.15 per/hr + tips & tip share
