  1. Started in 2008 Groups of ≈200 students spend 3 days and 2 nights in Prescott, Ariz. E2 relies on peer mentors known as E2C2s (E2 Camp Counselors) Welcomes freshmen into the Fulton Schools and into engineering Everyone goes, everyone has fun

  2. Every peer mentor is assigned to a small group of new students The experience creates lasting bonds and helps cultivate a culture of mentoring in the Fulton Schools

  3. Games and other activities are designed to foster team building, critical thinking and problem solving in an atmosphere of camaraderie

  4. Our incoming students learn that engineering is a team sport

  5. Newfreshmen see that our approach to education does not exclude having fun

  6. Upperclassmen and Fulton Engineering alumni, who attended the previous camps, return to serve as mentors to the new freshmen class.

  7. The first step in our “Engineers from Day One” initiative, and an integral part of our student success strategy.
