  2. Freedom of speech • Freedom is your wish in public free speech representation and listen right . Recently, it is usually understood as containing the full freedom of expression, including the creation and dissemination of films , and photos , and songs , and dances and other forms of expressive information. • Freedom of expression is often considered a modern democracy as an indispensable concept, in this conception, it is considered to not be subject to Government review . However States may still be punished some destructive type of the expression, such as obvious inciting rebellion , and defamation , publishing and related to national security secrets, and so on. • However, if France politics of Alexis de Tocqueville pointed out that the people for free speech concerns, may not be the punishment for fear of Government, but because of social pressure. When a person expressing an unpopular opinion, he or she may face contempt of their communities, or even subjected to violent reactions. Although this type of repression of freedom of more difficult than government repression prevention, about whether this type of repression in the context of freedom still have doubts, and freedom of speech is taken as representative of civil liberty rights or freedom from government interference in the freedom.
