  5. RELATIVE HAZARD 5 DEGREES OF HAZARD 0 NONE 1 SLIGHT 2 MODERATE 3 EXTREME 4 SEVERE

  6. HEALTH • The blue section corresponds to the relative health hazard • 2 or greater calls for an SCBA 2

  7. FLAMMABILITY • Red indicates the degree of flammability • 4 is reserved for compressed and or liquefied gases 4

  8. REACTIVITY • More accurately describes stability • Also has relation to water reactivity 4

  9. SPECIAL HAZARDS • Indicates any special hazards that are not shown by color • water reactive- W • radioactive- propeller • corrosive- COR • polymerization- P • oxidizer- OXY
