Trade Facilitation In view of the scarcity of specialized service providers in all states, in addition to the facilitation services being offered to members, a paid specialized Export service providers can be empanelled and introduced for the following services The following services may be rendered against a fee: • Marine legal advisory services • Overseas Risk Advisory services • Export Finance services & L/C advisory services • Human resource/capacity building (limited to exports) services • Certification services such as product certification, wildlife & phytosanitary. This will be provided through a panel of experts/agencies appointed by FIEO. This list is only indicative and can be expanded. 23

  15. Trade Data Interpretation At present, trade data is sourced from DGCIS for reference purpose. As an alternate revenue generation source we may: - Strategize the business (e.g. regional data collection from related agencies like Customs etc., methodical analysis, way-forward to publicize , publication medium i.e. magazine or CD / DVD etc.) - Identify Prospective Customers ranged in a wide scale, e.g. exporters (members & non-members), associated bodies, individuals, Corporate bodies, B-Schools etc - Identify a pool of resources for data collection, analysis & interpretation, coordination, sales etc - Create a team for customised trade data analysis or tie up with data analysis agencies for the same.

  16. Trade Promotion In order to further establish our trade promotion function we may : - Restructure Brand FIEO a. Establish Brand FIEO in the international market • Re-establish Brand FIEO in the domestic market, both in the national and regional scale - Product Promotion (Alternate / Additional ways) • Organize sector-specific fairs across major trade hubs around the world. • Product Catalogue development & distribution

Visibility – Global & Regional Brand FIEO - Manage online presence - Revamp FIEO website • Establish & update Social Media presence, specifically e-media • Optimize the web presence of FIEO in popular search engines (SEO) • Identify and participate in related International Cross-Country Summits • Publish a FIEO Business Directory • Organize an annual National Debate - 1st round at regional level - Finalists of regional level debate will be participants of the national debate which could be held in any one of the regions every year. - Introduce VAS (attracting membership by value-additions like FIEO stickers, Loyalty Cards / Programmes etc)

National Visibility • Young Entrepreneurship Forum (Recognize & felicitate young entrepreneurs in export annually) • QMS (A weekly mailer, for members updating them about govt notifications, circulars, reports etc) • FIEO Business Directory (full profile of members to be circulated amongst Ministries, Government offices, Promoter Chambers & Ordinary Members) • Developmental Programmes at regular intervals with special attention on human resources and international relations • National Media Initiatives (Identify a national/regional media/news channel slot to organize a talk show on exports / related topics. - Annual FIEO night to felicitate winners of YEF, National Debate . The event may coincide with MRM.

Training Corporate Soft-Skill Development On matters such as - Communication - Public Speaking - Customer Service - Presentation - Sales Capacity Building To attain knowledge on matters like - WTO (World Trade Organisation) - FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Customized Leadership Programmes - Learn what leadership style motivates Generations X and Y and what is demotivating about the old authoritarian style of leadership - To have people feel good about themselves when interacting with the you - even when receiving negative feedback Motivational Workshops On topics such as Self-help & Personal change Johari Window (for improving self awareness) Psychological Iceberg (for attitude, balancing work & personal life) Colors of the week (for identifying individual creativity)

  22. Induction Training In addition, we propose an induction training which may be provided to all new joinees , within one month of the person joining the organization.
