  • Study to examine different options of implementing origin labelling for fresh meat (including minced meat):
    • It will cover the EU-27
    • 6 case studies: pig (2 cases), poultry (2 cases) and lamb and goat (2 cases) supply chains
    • Consumers views through existing consumer surveys
    • List of options to be drawn:
      • Reference to country / area (EU – non EU) / region within a country
      • Information to be given: born / rear / slaughter / farming
