  1. Our Lady Of VictoryGrade 6 Our adventures with Mrs. Salemme. 2010-2011

  2. UNICEF This year we helped save children around the world with UNICEF the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund. This is the sixth grade’s sixth year enjoying the UNICEF program. Over the past six years we have raised $1,808.28 for UNICEF.

  3. Veteran’s Day We were able to honor our veterans this year with our annual assembly. We read poems, performed a skit, and sang songs. We were lucky enough to have at least one veteran from each service with us that day. We talked to them and listened to their war stories. THANK YOU VETERANS!

  4. YALE Peabody Invasive Species Program Our teacher Mrs. Salemme loves us so much that she went to school over the summer to give us an extra science course this year. She went to the Peabody Museum and prepared a section of the CMTs. The Peabody had each of the teachers test the lesson on their class. We played games and had hands on activities with specimens. Thank You Mrs. Salemme!

  5. Christmas Concert Fa la la la la la la Our Christmas concert was a singing blast this year! All the grades sang two songs and there was a great finale. We sang “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” and “Do You Hear What I Hear?”and at the end we sang “Frosty the Snow Man”, “Happy Birthday Baby Jesus”, “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing”, and “Feliz Navidad”.

  6. Catholic Schools Week And last but definitely not least, we enter Catholic Schools Week. We hit it off with Career Day on Monday. Mrs. Fournier the lawyer and Mrs. Morriar the student, an LPN, and a visiting nurse with Mr. Jankovsky the RN coming later in the week. Then we had lunch and bingo on Tuesday and Parent Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday. Thursday was Doctor Seuss Day and Friday we had our Science Fair. It was a blast thank you.
