  16. Setting the Standard For Roll-Up Doors • Paint & Decals • Accepts Decals very well • Hidden cables and no rivets to interfere with graphics • No peeling paint, rusting hardware or delaminating which destroys expensive graphics • Never Needs Paint • If required can be easily painted • For certain darker and primary colors special low heat paint may be required. RoaDor has this paint available. Contact RoaDor for more information

  17. Setting the Standard For Roll-Up Doors Well Sealed To Protect Freight • Patented Interlocking panels with dual durometer co-extruded panel seals • Virtually impervious to weather • Superior long lasting seals • No dripping on freight or drivers

  18. Setting the Standard For Roll-Up Doors PVC Advantage: • Highly engineered • Food service compliant • Strong and resilient • Impervious to salt and moisture • PVC has natural lubricants, requires no lubrication • Low Delta E – will maintain it’s appearance for years • Continuous hinge panels and no through panel fasteners improve thermal efficiency • Recyclable

  19. More Cargo Capacity • Unique center roller configuration gives a lower profile and greater cubic capacity • Allows for almost two inches of stackable headroom • Reduces target for mast damage from fork lifts

  20. Roador Continuous Improvement ProgramDoor Design and Performance • Top Roller Brackets • Introduced a stud plate on the top panel to simplify top bracket installation. • Redesigned top brackets to withstand extreme cold temperatures • Introduced new track stops to prevent damage to top rollers. • Door Panels • Introduced I beam reinforcements in top panels to eliminate sagging • Increased strength in the door by increasing the number of reinforced panels • 2” panels redesigned with panel vents to eliminate surface bubbling • Applied screws to panel ends to eliminate panel slide and graphic distortion. • Introduced new Ecomate insulating foam with closed cell structure to prevent moisture absorption and to meet and exceed stricter environmental standards.

  21. Bottom Panels • Latch holes widened to supported stronger rivets • Extreme Package is now standard in the Bottom panels for increased reinforcement • Offset lock and location introduced to match the industry standard • Sealant applied on 1” bottom panel to prevent moisture absorption • Rust inhibitor spray introduced for the interior metal of the bottom panel. • Robust black handle with stronger strap • Packaging • Changed to full length skids to ensure our products get to the customers in the same condition they left the plant

  22. Miscellaneous • Introduced the Stainless Steel shank and nylon rollers to help eliminate continual roller replacement with the old style doors • Cable drums are painted for easy location identification • Header Seals are available to create a double seal across the top panel for better insulation for your door • We now offer as an option, vertical tracks that come with ½” plug holes to make the track installation quicker and stronger with appearance improvements. • Improved side straps which strengthened the integrity for the door • Increased operator shaft thickness to prevent bending and dimpling • Door Maintenance • PVC door design requires no periodic repair, repainting or replacement of graphics. • All springs are galvanized and therefore only require a white lithium lubricant every 6 months • Where the shaft enters the drums, a lubricant is required every few months • When lift trucks damage the door panels, they can now be replaced without removing the door. Ask us how.

  23. Installation • Doors can be installed by a single technician with the Roador panel lifter • Installations are quicker than the installations of the old style wood and aluminum roll up doors and we can prove it. • Service • A network of Master Distributors is presently being set up across Canada and the US.  • They will have on hand a complete inventory to handle the needs of our customers on a timely basis. • Their service technicians will be able to diagnose and service the Roador quickly and efficiently. • With the use of the new Roador Stock program, the Master Distributors will be able to retrofit or install new within a 24 to 48 hour period.  This is a huge improvement over the typical 2 to 4 week wait. • “Easy-Off” one man panel removal procedure

  24. Components and Features • Extruded hinges in the panel design eliminates the need for metal hinges and studs with their continual need for replacement due to the rust environment. • Stainless rollers replace the galvanized bearing rollers that are continually falling apart from rust and grime and lathered in grease as a preventative measure. • The pvc structure is not effected by salt, grime or rust.  The door appearance is kept for years without decay or weather penetration unlike the old style wood doors • The Roador is easily balanced and lightweight making it a joy to work with. It also reduces the risk of injury to both male and female drivers unlike the old style heavier doors • Our doors conserve fuel from both being light weight and moisture resistant which effects weight and ability to insulate.

  25. RoaDor Saves Money “RoaDor Quality and craftsmanship is excellent. We now have approximately 100 RoaDors (over 4 years) and our maintenance labor cost has dropped significantly since we switched to RoaDor doors. This is the door of the 21st Century!” John Delia, Fleet Manager Cream-O-Land Dairy is a full service, family-owned dairy that has been providing quality products and service for the past 65 years to customers across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

  26. “In November of 2007, Done Well Trailer and Body installed a Roador on unit F18999.  After months of working properly, a forklift caught the door causing damage to two top rollers of the recently installed Roador.  DoneWell Trailer and Body supplied replacement parts with no delay.  The rollers were replaced and have been working well since.  Needless to say, our down time was minimal. …Cont’d

  27. Roador's products are unique in the material that they're made with. Instead of a traditional wood door with steel hinges, Roador is made out of polyvinyl chloride.  This material is not only light weight, but it also dismisses the problem of swelling, denting, and rotting, as well as the need for constant paint jobs and replacement of rusted and broken steel hinges. This saves not only countless dollars, but hours of unnecessary work.” **** *****Lead Mechanic***** Bottling Group, Kearny, NJ

  28. August 18, 2009  “I wanted to share my experience with you regarding the Roador product. Approximately 3 years ago, we began to experience severe problems with our aluminum clad rear doors on our bulk fleet. The doors were deteriorating, and the aluminum cladding was coming off, which allowed the doors to become water logged from the weather conditions in the Northeast. This began to rot the doors as well as make them extremely heavy which was a contributing factor to an increase in injuries and sprains from lifting these doors.” Cont’d 28

  29. “I needed a solution and came upon Roador; it was advertised as a light weight, durable door that required minimal maintenance at a reasonable price. I must say that I was skeptical and could not believe all of these claims could be true. I decided to see if these claims were true, by purchasing, installing and testing one of these doors, in one of my locations that had multiple rear door issues. I was pleasantly surprised at the results of this testing, the Roador, exceeded my expectations, and the positive feedback from our sales associates was overwhelming regarding how light the door was.” Cont’d 29

  30. “This door is extremely durable and requires very little maintenance and has helped in reducing injuries and sprains due to its weight. We have installed these doors as a standard replacement and now have over 30 running in our fleet within my region. I would recommend these doors, based on the testing and practical application we have completed in the Northeast, and I am sure you will experience the same positive results.” **** ****** Northeast Region Fleet Manager 30

  31. “We at *****-*** have been working with Roador for almost 5 years now in the Northeast and have had many of our roll up doors in our 24’ straight trucks replaced with a Roador.” “ Having the doors installed in our trucks has saved us a great deal of money and maintenance time and we are now starting to see the cost savings as a whole.  The doors not only save maintenance costs but are ergonomically easier on our sales people who drive our trucks. …Cont’d.

  32. I even had a driver (who is in a newer truck) ask when he would be getting his door replaced with a Roador.  The door is lighter, more weather resistant and as stated earlier low maintenance. I personally would recommend the installation of these doors.”  ******* ****** *****-*** Northeast Region Lead Fleet Technician
