Wentworth • JGW submits changes to insurance company • Within 2 to 4 weeks, transaction is completed • Funding: • EFT to client immediately upon close of transaction • EFT commissions to agent weekly • Tax Implications: • Treated the same as if the client commuted/surrendered to the insurance company • Client will receive a 1099 from J.G. Wentworth showing the purchase price of the transaction
