Scenario 1 A medical assistant in your area (Larry) frequently complains about how busy he is and that he can't keep up with the workload, and he is not attentive to patients. Yet you see him chatting with coworkers and he appears to be using the computer to look at Facebook. What do you do? Why?

Scenario 2 You shared specific examples with the site clinic manager, regarding the problems you were having with Larry and your frustrations. Three weeks later, you noticed Larry is still in the office, with little change and no improvement. You asked him to call a patient for some follow up and you just found out he failed to call the patient. What do you do now?
