Application Application The puncture force test plays an important role in guaranteeing the safety, reliability, and performance of a wide range of products, such as hypodermic needles, artificial skin, rubber stopper, protective glove, protective clothing, medical closure, infusion bag film, etc. Needle puncture testing is a process that simulates the penetration of a needle- like object into a material to measure its resistance and response. Principle Principle A chosen needle is connected with the loadcell and a specific substrate or sample is placed in a stationary support on the tester base.
