Strwythur y CwrsCourse Structure Uned 2 Cynllunio i Ddiwallu AnghenionDysgwyr mewn Addysg a Hyfforddiant ( 3 credyd) Uned 3 : Darparu Addysg a Hyfforddiant ( 6 credyd) Uned 4 : Asesu Dysgwyr mewn Addysg a Hyfforddiant ( 6 credyd) Uned 5 : Defnyddio Adnoddau ar gyfer Addysg a Hyfforddiant ( 3 credyd) ac Un Uned Ddewisol , sef : • Ymarfer Cynhwysol ( 15 credyd ) Unit 2 Planning to Meet the Needs of Learners in Education and Training (3 credits) Unit 3: Delivering Education and Training (6 credits) Unit 4: Assessing Learners in Education and Train-ing (6 credits) Unit 5: Using Resources for Education and Training (3 credits) and One Optional Unit, namely : • Inclusive Practice (15 credits)

Uned 2 Cynllunio i Ddiwallu Anghenion dysgwyr mewn Addysg a Hyfforddiant Unit 2 Planning to Meet the Needs of Learners in Education and Training • Gallu defnyddio asesu cychwynnol a diagnostig i gytuno ar nodau dysgu unigol gyda dysgwyr • Gallu i gynllunio addysgu a dysgu cynhwysol yn unol â'r gofyniad mewnol ac allanol • Byddwch yn gallu gweithredu'r craidd gofynnol wrth gynllunio'r addysgu cynhwysol a dysgu • Gallu gwerthuso eich ymarfer eich hun wrth gynllunio addysgu a dysgu cynhwysol • Be able to use initial and diagnostic assessment to agree individual learning goals with learners • Be able to plan inclusive teaching and learning in accordance with internal and external requirement • Be able to implement the minimum core in planning inclusive teaching and learning • Be able to evaluate own practice when planning inclusive teaching and learning

  6. MeicroaddysguMicro teach Gwers 30 munud yw addysgu meicroa fydd yn cael ei rhoi i’ch cyfoedion yn y dosbarth . Mae angen iddi gynnwys : - 1 . Cynllun gwers 2 . Cyflwyniad o nodau ac amcanion 3 . gweithgaredd dysgu 4 . gweithgaredd asesu 5 . Adborth gan gyfoedion a hunan arfarnu The micro teach is a 30 minute lesson which will be given to your peers in class. It needs to include:- • Lesson Plan • Introduction of aims and objectives • Learning activity • Assessment activity • Peer feedback and self evaluation.
