Propeller-uleste un termen general, asemanatorcu un ventilator.La fel ca o elice, acesta este un tip special de ecran rotativ.Cum functioneaza???PerceptiavizualaPrincipiulutilizatesteacelasi cu cel din televiziune. Astfel, o imagine fiindredata cu o frecventamai mare decat 25 Hz (in cazulnostru, utilizareaunui motor cu turatie mare) creeazasenzatia de miscare continua (fuziuneaimaginilor). Confused???
