This project leverages the power of NPS's Natural Resource Program Center's information platform to enhance individual I&M network operations. It considers accessibility for cooperators, partners, and NPS staff, limited staff resources, restricted IT capabilities, and staff turnover. The infrastructure schematic includes MS SQL Server, web server, business continuity components, and external internet web presence. The system offers worldwide discoverability, high data security, and low cost high-capacity data management. It provides online reporting, data retrieval query, and query results. Advantages include system reliability, responsiveness, and one platform maintenance.
