  1. Tips and tricks! IMPORTANT!!! Before youbeginyour presentation, please read throughthese tips.

  2. Specificsender To enter a new logotype with a specificsender, chooseyour logo in PNG format from the logotype packet thatyoucanacquire from studion@slu.se or the EmployeeWebsite. Assemble the logotype in your PPT presentation and then right-click on it and choose ’’Format Image…’’ fill it withwhitecolour and thenplace it in the topleft corner to cover the logotype.

  3. Create a new slide To create a new slide, click the ’’New Slide’’ button. To choose the layout of the new slide, click the arrow on the right tosee the alternatives or highlight the slideyouwould like tochange and click ’’Layout’’. Begin with the ’’Start’’ layout for the firstslide and thenoneof the followingslidesthatyouseeto the right.

  4. Intermediateheadline Useintermediateheadlinesto break upyour presentation and create variation and chapters. It will make youraudiencemoreawake and highlightyourmessagebefore the followingslides.

  5. Plan your presentation Plan the content in your presentation thoroughly and do not havetoomuch information on eachslide. It makes it easier for the audienceifyou break upyour presentation on severalslides and useintermediateheadlines. Don’tsqueezetoomuchontoeachslide. It is recommendedthatyouuse maximum 1 – 6 bullet-points/objects on each bild. (Eachrowof text/bullet-point is 1 object).

  6. Coloursarefun UseSLU’scolourpalette! Youcanchange the colourof: Bullet-points– See the pictureto the right(Define new bullet-points) Text Boxes– See the pictureto the right (Format) Diagrams Figures Images The colourshavebeeninserted in the template and can be used in anyfunctionthatinvolvescolour in PowerPoint.
