  6. Customization and Upgrades • Drupal: Manual upgrade, backup old files & data, remove and replace all the old Drupal files. If you don’t do this right, you could lose your whole site. To edit themes you have to download a plugin or customize offline. • Joomla: Extension Manager, or login to the admin UI panel to update. Sometimes you will have to update manually. You can update manually if you please, but don’t have too. Themes are edited in the admin screen.
