  3. Code – 1 Individuals Were Observed on Several Occasions Throwing Bottles at Officers.

  4. The individual circled in the photograph was observed on several occasions throwing bottles at officers and attempting to start disorders with other subjects. When Identified, this subject will face Assault charges.

  5. The circled individuals were observed by Det. Duane throwing bottles at police officers on two separate occasions. When Identified, these subjects will face Assault charges.

  6. The suspect circled in the photo was captured on surveillance video by Det. Hyer throwing bottles at police officers. When Identified, this subject will face Assault charges.

  7. The suspect circled in the photo was observed by Det. Gibbons throwing broken bottles at police officers. When Identified, this subject will face Assault charges.

  9. The two individuals circled are observed on video unlawfully providing accelerant to an overturned vehicle on State St. This vehicle was set on fire shortly thereafter.

  10. The individual circled had, what appeared to be, an article of clothing that was lit on fire and subsequently placed inside the overturned vehicle causing it to ignite. When identified, all of these subjects will face Arson charges.

  11. The suspect circled in the photo was observed by Det. Gibbons shooting fireworks into the crowd at Woodland and Euclid. When Identified, this subject will face Wanton Endangerment Charges.

  12. The suspect circled in the photo was observed by Det. Gibbons shooting fireworks into the crowd at Woodland and Euclid. When Identified, this subject will face Wanton Endangerment Charges
