  • THEY ARE REQUIRED TO APPROVE LEAGUE PRESIDENT’S APPOINTMENTS OF PERSONNEL TO MANAGE, COACH AND UMPIRE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. reg 1 (b).

SPECIFIC DUTIES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
  • THEY ARE REQUIRED TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE VOTING MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES TO VOLUNTEERS IN THE LEAGUE. art x sec 1.
  • THEY MAY NOT MOVE ANY MOTION ADVERSE TO THE LITTLE LEAGUE PROGRAM. ANY SUCH ACTION VIOLATES POLICIES AND THAT BOARD NO LONGER REPRESENTS THE MEMBERSHIP. policy.

  • THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADOPTING, MAINTAINING AND SUBMITTING TO LITTLE LEAGUE HEADQUARTERS FOR APPROVAL A CONSTITUTION CONSISTENT WITH ALL THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES OF LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INC. AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING AVAILABLE TO THE MEMBERSHIP COPIES OF THE CONSTITUTION AS NECESSARY. reg 1 (c).
