This program aims to increase awareness of health resources, improve employee well-being, and establish partnerships with HR for library visibility. Promoting existing resources, offering training sessions, and utilizing free online resources are key strategies. Partnering with HR and other university departments boosts the library's profile. Feedback from employees guides future sessions for continuous improvement.

Goals • Increase awareness of the library’s health and wellness-related resources among university staff and increase the visibility and use of library collections • Help make positive improvements in employees’ health and wellness • Establish partnerships with SU’s Human Resources and other areas of the university to raise the library’s profile with university administration
Things I’ve learned so far… • Repackage and promote resources you already have: • pamphlets • libguides • link to other administrative and campus groups’ websites and ask them to link to yours • e-book collections such as Books 24x7 Wellness Essentials • Offer staff-focused training sessions • Find free online health resources • Look at government and professional associations for free training and teaching materials: • National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Middle Atlantic Region (NN/LM MAR) • CDC Healthy Worksite Initiative • MLA • Feedback provides topics for future sessions
