Timeline for Negotiations on Instruments (DCI) • *Trialoguenegotiation teams for DCI: • European Parliament: Thijs Berman + all DCI shadow rapporteurs(Charles Goerens, Gay Mitchell, Eva Joly, possibly Nirj Deva). They will defend the DEVE DCI report vis-à-vis the Council after the vote on 18 September. • Council: Cyprus presidency (+ maybe some or all other MS). • EC: Klaus Rudischhauser • EEAS: Felix Fernandez-Shaw.
