DoIT Billing Project • $310K project lifetime (Approximate) • Laws of 2011, Ch. 179, Section 4, Department of Information Technology (3) Equipment Replacement Revolving Funds. • The DoIT Billing project is in response to a the Department of Information Technologies (DoIT) need to: • Ensure timely delivery of accurate invoices, • Replace an unsupported mission critical application (CIMS), • Provide secure, online detailed invoice information for DoIT customers and • Streamline internal billing processes.

  3. Implementation Phase Release of Funds • Upon careful review of state owned options the Project Team recommended, and the Steering Committee approved, the selection of: • IBM Tivoli Usage Account Manager (TUAM) selected as preferred platform • Ease of migration path • Robust data collection feature set • Online billing detail for customers • Flexible accounting adjustments

Request for Implementation Phase Release of Funds • Other pre-implementation activities: • Formalized Executive Steering Committee (ESC), project team, roles/responsibilities, • Software reinstatement, $100K, • Established firm implementation cost, $210K, • Developing Professional Services contract utilizing SPA #60-000-00-00104 as the procurement vehicle.

Request for Implementation Phase Release of Funds • TUAM Implementation will include: • Install, configure and perform acceptance testing for data collection, invoice generation, and reporting of: • IBM Mainframe • Telecommunications • Exchange • Virtual Server environment • On-site Knowledge Transfer • System Documentation
