  2. Cetinje municipality is situated in Central region of Montenegro Area: 910 square km Population: 16700 Rural area: 7000 Cultural and historical center of Montenegro

  3. What is cluster? Cluster in agriculture talks about the production, processing, marketing, distribution, financing and development of agricultural commodities and resources including food, fiber, wood products, natural resources, horticulture, and other plant and animal products/resources. The main goal of all cluster is to raise on-farm productivity, production, and marketable volumes of selected agricultural commodities in specified geographic clusters Number of possible cluster in region of Cetinje municipality is 11.

  4. Clusters in Cetinje municipality Possible clusters in region of Cetinje municipality are clusters which produce: honey, smoked ham, grape, wine, different kind of fruits, mushrooms, different kind of brandy products and potato.

  5. Leading project in promoting and raising income in the central region of Montenegro!!! • Creating employment in rural area • Improving and developing the skills • Increasing income • Grants • Entrepreneurship training • Local resources

  7. Increasing employment – least 50% at the end of 2016 • Increasing the number of tourist – by 20% by the end of each year • Raising income at least by 15% by the end of the project.

  8. Providing entrepreneurship training to targeted people. • Enhancement of the basic infrastructures to attract tourists. • Through donations from EU’s funds and technical and financial assistance from local government, the producers will get access to this funds which will enhance their production of honey and smoked ham.

  9. Results • Change the cultural mentality of the community • Encouraging people to work together • Raising income • Attracting many tourists • Improving infrastructure
