  7. Fundraising – Past vs Present • The PAST was setup to divide fundraising efforts • General Funds – raised by the committee (and Senior volunteers who were kind enough to help) to generate funds to cover Senior Brunch and Senior Week activities and various miscellaneous items that will come up. • Senior Funds – raised by the Seniors to go toward their senior trip account. • The PRESENT is going to work differently • The Senior funds will be pulled out of the PSP account and deposited into a Class of 2014 account that Mia and I will oversee until all the trip payments are made. This account will be closed in June. • The General funds raised to date for Senior week events will be pulled from PSP and deposited into the ASB account and distributed as needed for the Brunch, picnic, etc event costs • The future fundraisers will be under the Western Sierra PSP tax ID and this separates us from School and allows us to fundraiser for the Senior trip but only as a general account fundraiser. This means no individual account distribution. All of the seniors going on the trip will benefit and the monies collected will be distributed from this new account. This money will stay with the PSP under their new Western Sierra PSP name and in a Senior class trip designated fund.
