  5. Appetizer/snack • Apple wedges with peanut butter • 2 small Apples • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Main entrée • Chicken alfredo with broccoli • Ingredients • 1/8 (16 ounce) package linguine • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets • 1-1/2 teaspoons butter • 1/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast • cut into cubes • 1/4 (10.75 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup • 2 tablespoons milk • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Side 1 • Spinach and strawberry salad • Ingredients • 1/4 bunch spinach • rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 1-1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar • 1 tablespoon white sugar • 1/8 teaspoon paprika • 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds • 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
