  3. Taylor Alison Swift was born in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania on December 13, 1989, to Scott and Andrea Swift.

  4. Taylor Swift started writing songs when she was twelve. She wrote songs with local songwriters, and became the youngest staff songwriter ever hired by the Sony/ATV Tree Publishing House.

  5. Taylor Swift learned to play a guitar when she was 12 years old. She plays her guitar whether she is in a video shoot, or a concert.

  9. Swift's first single, "Tim McGraw", was released in the summer of 2006, and on October 24, 2006, her self-titled album was released.

  10. Taylor Swift has been nominated 22 times , including nominations from the CMT Music Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards, and has received 12 awards for her music.

  11. Taylor Swift was also an endorser of Body By Milk, a campaign calling for teenagers to drink low fat milk to maintain a healthy weight.

  15. Miranda Lambert is an American country music artist who gained fame as a finalist on the 2003 season of Nashville Star.

  16. Miranda finished in 3rd place on Nashville Star and later signed with Epic Records.

  17. After the closure of Epic's Nashville division, Lambert was transferred to Columbia Records Nashville for her second album, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which was released in early 2007.

  18. “Gunpowder & Lead" became her first Top 10 country hit in July 2008.

  19. Miranda Lambert has been nominated 17 times for a variety of music awards . She won Top New Female Vocalist and Album of the Year for “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

  21. Carrie Marie Underwood born March 10, 1983 in Muskogee, OK. Carrie is classified as a country/pop artist. She is a singer-songwriter and plays the piano and guitar.

  22. During her childhood, Carrie sang at The Free Will Baptist Church.

  23. In the summer of 2004, Carrie Underwood auditioned for American Idol’s season 4. On May 25, 2005, Underwood was crowned the winner of the 4th season of American Idol.

  24. Carrie has been honored with 27 nominations, and has won a total of 59 awards. She has been to the American Music Awards , Billboard Music Awards, Grammy Awards, and The Academy of Country Music Awards, and she was voted Entertainer of The Year in 2009 by the ACM association.

  25. Carrie Underwood performed for the U.S. Army Troops on a USO tour in Iraq.

  26. Carrie received a gift from the 25th Infantry Division Task Force “Lightning” after performing.

  27. Carrie Underwood was also asked to be an endorser of Body By Milk.
