PARTS OF ALL OF US The 4 imaginary characters represent the simple & the complex parts of ourselves- Sometimes we may act like: Sniff Who sniffs out change early, or Scurry Who scurries into action, or Hem who denies & resists change as he fears it will lead something worse, or Haw Who learns to adopt in time when he sees changing can lead to something better! Whatever parts of us we choose to use, We share something in common: A need to find our way in the Maze And succeed in changing times.

STRATEGY FOR CHANGE Reacted quickly Did not hang onto old ways Applied trial and error & didn’t overanalyze Strategy proved successful for them Did not notice change Hung onto old ways Resisted change Blamed others Allowed fear to paralyze Strategy proved totally unsuccessful Faced his fear of the unknown Let go of old attachments Did not give up Developed an appreciation for the new experiences Found successful strategies for change.
