Now for the finishing touch: a bow! Anyone who has had trouble with bows knows that tying a bow can be a challenge, but it really adds something special to your gift. Grab your tape, and scissors, tie ribbon on giftand let's get started. Follow these simple steps to really wow your recipient. You'll use these skills for Christmas gifts, wedding gifts, birthdays, and more. 1. Hold the tape on the box with your thumb. Wrap the tape around the width of the package. Wrap it over the part of the band you are holding. 2. Continue circling around the length. Pull the piece you were holding up over the middle. Wrap the other piece over it and pin it under the middle. Pull on opposite ends to tighten the knot. 3. Create a loop with one end of the ribbon and tie a ribbon around a boxWrap the other end of this ribbon over this loop. Flick down and pull to create a second loop. Pull both loops to form a loop, making sure they are even. 4. Fold one hanging end of the ribbon in half lengthwise and cut diagonally to form two sharp points. Repeat on the other dangling end of the ribbon.
