  3. Hara (x2) Mahadeva (x2) We bow in reverence to Lord Hara (Shiva), the Lord of Lords (Mahadeva), whose greatness consists in His supreme Self-knowledge

  4. Om Namah Shivaya Shivaya Namah Om (x2) We bow in reverence to Lord Shiva, who is the embodiment of the primeval Om; its chanting generates creative divine energy in all forms of existence

  5. Dum (x4) Damaru Bhajey Lord Shiva’s drum sounds the beat rhythmically ‘Dum Dum’, when He dances the Tandava (cosmic) dance

  6. Dhimitaka (x2) Mrudanga Bhajey We hear the lovely beat “Dhimi Taka, Dhimi Taka” from the Mrudangam (percussion instrument) for the Divine dancer
