  2. Date of the Comprehensive Quality Review (CQR) March 20-22, 2017

  3. Preparing for the CQR Quality Highlights Report • Has anything changed since the submission of our last comprehensive report (Systems Portfolio, June 2014)? • How have we addressed areas identified as needing improvement (Systems Appraisal, October 2014)? • How have our Action Projects impacted continuous improvement efforts on campus?

  4. Preparing for the CQR Federal Compliance Filing • Financial Aid (Title IV) • Assignment of credits and program length • Transfer policies • Student complaints • Information provided to students and the public • Student outcome data • Standing with program accrediting agencies • Public comment

  5. Preparing for the CQR Next Steps: • AQIP will review our materials and make schedule recommendations. • Reviewers will be identified. • Schedule will be posted on NMU AQIP web site. • Included will be public forums for faculty, staff, and students to comment.

  6. After the CQR The Higher Learning Commission will send a report outlining our results. • Expect reaffirmation of accreditation. • NMU will receive recommendation to remain and AQIP campus OR offered the option to change to Open Pathway under the Higher Learning Commission.
