  2. Housekeeping Notes • Advisory Group members and volunteers are wearing colored lanyards. Look for volunteers wearing green ribbons if you need help • When posting about today's event on social media, be sure to use the hashtag #SeaEdSummit

  3. (1) Sign-in Sheet & (2) Inclusive Sign-in Cards Please fill out the sign-in sheet and cards at your table. Officialsign-in sheet ↓ City can follow up with you after the Summit OCR inclusive sign-in cards ↓ City can better know who attended and improve future outreach efforts.

  4. In the event of an earthquake…

  5. 12:00-12:30 Lunch • Lunch will be served at your tables. Volunteers are coming around now to bring food, plates, and utensils to your table. • No food is allowed in the Childcare Room. Children’s lunches will be at the back of the room during the lunch break. • Beverages are at the back of the room all day. • We will get started again at 12:30 pm.

  6. Tabletop Discussions What can the City do to help you, your community, or your organization make sure each child succeeds in school and in life?

  7. Visit the exhibit tables in the foyer to learn about resources for students and families Thank you for participating!
