Using the £20k • Refine the needs • Identify the opportunities • Get partners on board • Agree a way forward • Evaluate the existing provision • Demand analysis for an area of “over” supply • Communications and toolkits • Answer some of the questions we were left with and resolve some barriers.

  3. How we did it Agree and fund permanent post of ECH Programme Manager Secure support from a specialist Health Commissioner Logic Chains – worked out where we wanted to be and worked back from there what we needed to do Development Partner Framework

  4. Practical Results - FlexiCare Model Staffordshire's Brand – all care services within a scheme Concept – service which can meet needs as they change Staying active and self directed support is key

  5. Practical Results - Financial Viability • Tool to establish financial viability of a development • Looks at payback on investment for the County Council • Analyses development costs for housing provider
