Observations (DPK) • In general, well organised, but … • Program difficult to follow (too many versions!) • Parallel speakers not identified • Plenary was in a very large theatre • Front half was less comfortable • So everyone sat at the back • Difficult to ask questions – few microphones • Parallel sessions were (often) more interactive • But so many of them! • CHEP used to aim for mix of physicists, computer scientists and Industry – not sure it achieves that so well these days • Wireless network worked well • Sign-on to UCSD web to get access to DHCP and router • Network problems one morning • Speakers that day got the best attention!
