  12. Answer: • It’s the best way to protect you and your baby from getting sick from germs. • Babies put their hands into their mouth often.

  13. When you are out on the street, and you can’t wash your hands, what can you do?

  14. Answer • Use a hand sanitizer or baby wipes • Don’t touch your food; use a napkin

  15. Can you give expired formula or food to a baby?

  16. Answer • NO. It is not safe to give expired formula or baby food to your baby. • Your baby may not get enough nourishment he needs from expired baby products because there are less vitamins and nutrients.

  18. Answer • 1 hour. • Leftover formula may contain bacteria from babies’ mouth which can grow quickly • Opened baby food should not sit at room temperature more than 2 hours • Refrigerate any leftover formula and baby food immediately.

  25. Fruit Yogurt Parfait • ½ banana, sliced • ½ cup vanilla yogurt • ½ cup berries or grapes • 1 tablespoon Grape Nuts Place sliced banana in a cup, add ¼ cup yogurt, add layer of berries, and add the rest of yogurt. Top with Grape Nuts. Enjoy!
