    50. 50 BOTTLENECKS TO LEVERAGING FEMALE TALENT IN INDIA Maeil Business Newspaper and McKinsey have summarized key bottlenecks throughout the lifecycle of working women; from education to labor force entry, experience, interruption, and re-entry. As you see in this chart, there are many bottlenecks, but five key key bottlenecks are the main culprits for the significant gap between Korea and other countries in terms of women’s labor force participation rate. Therefore we must quickly carry on an effort to eliminate them. Now, let’s look at each of the bottlenecks and initiatives in detail.
