Book Cover Activity

On the front cover:

Think of an original title for your book. It needs to be something that represents who you are or what you like.

Create an illustration that reflects your title.

Written by: ________________ (your name)

On the inside:

Left Hand Side –

1.Write a Dedication. To whom is the book dedicated and why?

2.Write three book reviews about your book.

3.What genre section in the library would someone find your book?

Right Hand Side –

1.Write an about the author section. This is a short biography about you. Tell about your family, friends, likes, dislikes, and hobbies. This part is true not a made up author or fiction.

On the back:

1. Write an explanation of your title and illustration. Explain how the title represents you and reflects something about you. What is the connection??

2. Write a summary of what your book is about.
